Yes. You need an ohm meter less than $20, and a resistor less than $1, from Radio Shack or any electronics supplier and some basic wiring skills and tools. The hard part is knowing which 2 of the 100's of wires under the dash need the resistor connected. If you are a DIY person find a service manual with wiring diagrams and go for it, its usually 2 of about 30 wires on the body control or courtesy module. If you are not a DIY person try places that sell and install remote starts and stereos, they have to deal with this system all the time when they install remote starts.
